Delivery Charges and Information


Small items

No matter how many small items you buy, we’ll deliver them all together for a flat rate of £20 for any order Under £200. Orders over £200 are shipped free of charge.


Large items

As with small items, a flat rate of £20 for any order Under £200. Orders over £200 are shipped free of charge . Delivery is from Monday to Saturday. We do our best to arrange the most convenient delivery time for you, bearing in mind our delivery teams’ schedules and warehouse opening hours. Estimated time until delivery Your estimated delivery time provided by your Sales Consultant will depend on whether your chosen item is currently in stock and whether or not the item is being made for you – for example if you have ordered a sofa or bed upholstered in your choice of colour and fabric. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the day of the order but does not include weekends and Bank Holidays, and does not apply to Scotland or areas outside of the 40 miles of nearest distribution centre.


Delivery day

A Customer Service Representative will be in touch with you closer to your estimated delivery time and once the goods are in our warehouse, in order to arrange your delivery day. On delivery day, our Home Delivery Specialists will: install your furniture exactly where you would like it; remove (and recycle) all of the packaging; remove and dispose** of your old furniture make sure that everything is exactly as you want it. Where we deliver Simply Home Interiors delivers to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. Where the delivery area is more than 40 miles away from our nearest distribution centre, or in Scotland, for logistics reasons we estimate an additional 1-2 weeks will need to be added on to the originally quoted delivery time.

Returns Changed your mind? Don’t worry, it happens. Because we want our customers to be 100% happy, we accept returns of unwanted items for up to 14 days from the day after delivery. Read more about our returns terms and conditions here.

For example some accessories and accent items are delivered by courier. **For a small additional charge our own home delivery specialists can dispose of 'like for like' items. For example, if we deliver your new bed, we can dispose of your old bed at the same time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer disposal where products are delivered from our suppliers' Direct Home Delivery teams.
